Ceramic Handbuilding Workshop

Learn the basics of handbuilding with clay and make a fully functional coffee dripper set!

This fun and relaxing 3 hour workshop is suitable for complete beginners and includes all materials. Just bring some clothes that you don't mind getting messy!

• Learn how to make slabs and create seamless joins

• Create textures with stamps and carving

• Try out different ways of making handles

The workshop is 120$ plus tax and includes clay, glaze and firing.

Participants will make a functional coffee dripper set and choose a glaze to decorate it. I will take care of firing the pieces and glazing them and you will receive an email within 3 weeks to come and collect your pieces from our studio. 

We are located at 1350, Railspur Alley on Granville Island, opposite Off The Tracks bistro. Parking can most reliably be found in lot 5, just past the Community Centre.
